Meridian Distribution Center was acquired by Meridian in January 2006. It is a Class A 907,237 sq. ft. former Winn Dixie bulk distribution facility located 1 mile from the Clark Road exit off of I-75 in Sarasota, FL. In eighteen months Meridian has leased 75% of the building to tenants such as United Natural Foods, Inc., Bealls, and Rilon Management. 

More than $7,500,000 will be spent to convert the property from a single to multi-tenant facility. The property is currently available for lease offering space from 100,000 sq. ft. or larger. Only 223,400 sf of dry warehouse remains available. Property features include 25’-27’ clear, 106 dock doors, in-place racking, and ESFR fire suppression.
